Soya Chapli Kebab Recipe in English 5-Minute Recipes
This is my rendition of the popular Chapli Kebab, otherwise called Peshawari Kebab. It is an extremely well known road nourishment in Peshawar thus let me share with you this yummy Kebab made of soya granules. Attempted it just because and it came out simply great. So feel free to check out it and relish as a nibble with some natively constructed chutney.
Fixings
1. 1 cup soya granules (makes 4-5 kebabs)
2. 2 tbsp. entire wheat flour
3. 1 onion, slashed
4. 1 tomato, slashed
5. 1 tsp. ginger-garlic, ground
6. 1-2 green chilies, slashed
7. 2-3 tbsp. coriander leaves, slashed
8. to taste salt
9. 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
10. 1 tsp. coriander-cumin powder
11. 1/2 tsp. garam masala powder
12. 1 tbsp. red bean stew chips
13. 1/2 tsp. pepper powder
14. 1 tsp. lime juice
15. 1 egg
16. slices not many tomato
17. oil to shallow fry
1. Soak the soya granules in boiling water for 10 minutes. Crush out the water and mix till smooth. Blend in with the remainder of the fixings (aside from tomato cuts and oil).
2. Divide into enormous equivalent size segments. Give a state of a patty and spot a cut of tomato on each.
3. Shallow fry in some oil till done on the two sides, Channel on a kitchen towel.
4. Serve with any custom made chutney of your decision.
